Mike Griffin


President & CEO

Mike has proven to be a dynamic executive leader with over five years of experience in the human capital, recruitment, and staffing industry. Mike has experience leading Sales, Account Management, Delivery, Product, and Strategy. Overall experience includes leading individuals within an established $80M revenue staffing and recruiting organization as well as organically growing a technology enabled recruitment startup firm to $10M in revenue within the first two years. By operating in multiple roles within the industry, Mike is able to bring perspective and knowledge to customers from different areas of the talent acquisition process. Mike has experience with recruiting top talent, establishing strategic account management plans, creating multichannel recruitment delivery strategies, and running large business development initiatives for Fortune 100 companies.

Mike provides the overall leadership and direction for the OmniForce Solutions team in regards to customer sales initiatives, account management, and client strategies. Mike has established valuable relationships and partnerships with key executive members of the leading Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS) based on previous ventures and responsibilities. He is passionate about identifying customer pain points and delivering a plan to obtain efficiencies around locating, obtaining, and retaining top talent within a competitive landscape.

Mike attended Baylor University and graduated Cum Laude with a double major in International Business and Marketing. While at Baylor, Mike was a four year letterman on the Baylor Baseball Team in which he was a the captain of the 2005 College World Series Team. In 2003, he was selected to represent the United States and earned a silver medal as a member of the U.S. National Baseball Team which participated in the Pan American Games. Mike was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in 2005 and had a successful 7 year career in the organization until retiring in 2012. In his free time, Mike enjoys working out, coaching baseball, and spending time with his wife Bailey and three children Allie, Bryson and Blakely.

Rob Trevino


Vice President - Operations

As a leader in the staffing industry Rob brings 9 years of experience creating individual and team performance groups. He has lead a wide range of specializations including recruiting and sales teams, direct hire and permanent placement divisions, strategic account teams, high volume project fulfillment groups, and consulting divisions. 

Rob has been responsible for branches generating $10M in revenue and was the key leader in building the first profitable, organic satellite branch within an $80M staffing company. Rob has been able to build delivery units that exceed expectations which include becoming a top staffing partner to a Fortune 500 organization. Rob’s vision, leadership, and key infrastructure decisions have fostered performance environments that result in revenue growth rates of up to 200% year over year and achievement of all time high records within 15 months.

Rob attended Texas A&M University in College Station where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a focus in Finance. Since entering the staffing industry, Rob has continued his education with specialized training in software development recruiting, organizational development, and leadership.  In his free time, Rob enjoys to travel the world, scuba dive, hike, read, participate in a wide range of online courses, and practice Brazilian Jiu jitsu.
